HURRICANE MILTON UPDATES 10/9/20204:
This Community is under mandatory evacuation. The offices are closed until the all clear is received. Emergency services will not be available. Power outages will occur. Sewer and water losses are anticipated, if not already shut off.
If you have not done so - evacuate immediately as per the orders of the local authorities.
We pray for your wellbeing and that of all of our friends and neighbors. We will begin the restoration process as soon as it is safe to do so.
Please do not return to your home until we have posted authorization on this website or if you receive a text message.
Sage Grove is located in Zone B which is currently under emergency mandatory evacuation order. It is important to prepare now and make housing options.
Our office will close at 2 pm, October 8th and not reopen until the evacuation orders for Zone B have been lifted and team members are able to safety travel back to the community.
There will be no maintenance service. This includes emergency services for elevators. The elevators will be locked out at 2pm on Tuesday, October 8th. At that time, you will not be able to use the elevator beginning at this time and lasting until the rental office re-opens.
During Hurricane Ian, no emergency services responded during or immediately after the storm. Please take heed and vacate the premises. Plan accordingly. We encourage you to check our website regularly or Active Building for updates.
